User Forum delegates’ dinner, April 13
Please note: One User Forum delegates’ dinner ticket is included in the full week registration fee. If you have registered for one or two days only, extra tickets can be bought for SEK 800 per ticket. Please indicate below how many tickets you would like to buy.

Training in Uppsala
An “Introduction to G-Lite middleware” training session will be organised on Thursday 15th of April, just after the end of the User Forum official programme.  The training is without cost, you may register to the training at the same time as you register to the User Forum. Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the conference. Please note that it is the day of payment, not registration, which is decisive for which kind of fee you will be charged.

Swedish delegates
Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added. You will receive your invoice by e-mail. If you need your invoice to be sent to a postal address you must write your invoice address and reference (if any) on the payment page of the registration form. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines.

Delegates from outside Sweden

  • According to new Swedish legislation and routines, VAT will be added for delegates from outside Sweden who register from January 1st 2010
  • All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
  • Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer
  • We will not accept any bank charge deductions
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank checks or euro checks

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail within a week after we have received your registration. If you have not received your confirmation within a week, please send an e-mail to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation of participation in the conference has to be made by e-mail to:

For cancellations made by February 25 at the latest, you will be charged a cancellation fee of SEK750. In case we already have received your payment, we will reimburse all fees except the non-refundable SEK750 cancellation fee. No refund or reduction of the fee is possible for cancellations made after February 25.

Change of Delegate
Substitutions of delegates can be made at any time for an additional charge of SEK 250. Please contact the conference secretariat if you wish to change the name of the delegate to an already made registration.
